References in these conditions to ‘Euroboilerparts.co.uk’, ‘Euroboilerparts’, ’Electric Combi Boilers Company, ‘ABCOT LTD’, ‘The Company’, ‘our’, ‘we’, and ‘us’ relate to ABCOT Ltd, registered office, Green Acres, Oakley Green Road, Windsor, SL4 4QF.

References to ‘Customer’, ‘the Customer’ ‘the Buyer” and ‘you’ are references to the person who has purchased a product through www.euroboilerparts.co.uk or from Electric Combi Boilers Company or Abcot UK Ltd. 

The following terms and conditions constitute a distance-only contract between ABCOT LTD trading as Euroboilerparts.co.uk and the customer. 

Any reviews or comments made by members of the public on this website are their opinions only and do not form any part of the specification or advice given by the Company about products or services we supply. 

Any concession, latitude or waiver allowed by the Company at any time shall be without prejudice to their strict and full rights under this contract and shall not prevent the Company from subsequently exercising such rights. 

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there is any dispute between us, it will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales if your property is in England or Wales, and by the courts of Scotland if your property is in Scotland. 

Nothing in this contract affects our legal rights or powers. Nothing in this contract affects any of your statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law. 

Euroboilerparts. is a trademark of ABCOT UK LTD, registered In England and Wales with company number 03397480. Euroboilerparts has the following trademark registration numbers: UK00002542450 and UK00002539553. 

Abcot UK Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and treats all information supplied by customers as confidential. Information passed on will only be done so to fulfil the obligations set out within these terms and conditions. 

Trademarks and other intellectual property of the Company are protected and not to be replicated or reproduced. 

Photographs and imagery of boilers and components are subject to copyright, with all rights reserved. The use of any photographs or imagery featured on this website or the company’s promotional assets without the written permission of The Company is strictly prohibited. Any use of copyrighted imagery for commercial or personal purposes will be charged for, plus legal costs of the copyright owner and financial compensation for copyright infringement relating to commercial gains of the infringer or losses to Euroboilerparts or ABCOT UK LTD. SECTION 1

USING OUR WEBSITE AND ONLINE SHOP

  1. The website

    1. By using our website and online shop you agree to the Terms and Conditions placed by ABCOT UK LTD trading as Euroboilerparts, also referred to as “THE COMPANY”.

    2. The Company will endeavour to keep the information on its website accurate and up to date.

    3. The Company reserves the right to modify, change, alter or delete from its website any products, services or conditions at its sole discretion.

    4. All information inputted by the customer into the website contact forms and online shop will be treated as confidential and won’t be passed on to any third parties unless specifically agreed to or required by law and in the terms established in its Privacy Policy.  

  2. Selecting an appropriate product

    1. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the products and accessories they select are suitable in terms of dimensions and compatibility. All the relevant information is listed for each product and accessory on our website.

    2. All the products and accessories offered on our website are new. We don’t offer or sell reconditioned or refurbished goods.

    3. The manufacturer's part numbers are used for reference purposes only. We don’t use GC numbers or serial badges in the description of our products. The Customer will be able to locate a product using the Part Number on our search bar on the website.

    4. You may not use the website for any commercial purpose. We reserve the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please ensure you check the latest version. We may modify or withdraw the quoting and survey forms (or any part of them) temporarily or permanently, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, or withdrawal of, the platforms and you agree to use the platforms on this basis.

  3. Pricing

    1. Our prices are shown with and without the VAT included on each product page.

    2. Prices published on the Euroboilerparts.co.uk site will prevail at the date of despatch.

    3. All prices on the website are web exclusive only.

    4. Our prices are reviewed periodically.

    5. Prices on our company’s website apply to online orders only. It is the Company’s policy to not take order payments over the phone. In the event the Company authorises an over-the-phone order payment there will be a 10% charge on the NET amount of the order which will be added to the total.

    6. Please note items listed on eBay may have a different price to that of our company website for the same product.

  4. Placing an order with Euroboilerparts

    1. Once the customer selects a product, places an order via online checkout and the order is accepted by us, a contract between the customer and the Company will be formed and that contract will be subject to these terms and conditions and ‘contract’. If the customer does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, we request him/her to please not access nor use the Website. If the customer has any queries regarding these terms, please contact us.

    2. As part of our checkout process, the buyer will be given the opportunity to check the order and correct any errors.

    3. Orders are accepted on a trade basis as Euroboilerparts.co.uk supplies only SAFEGAS / Corgi engineers and merchants.

    4. Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch.

    5. Once an order is successfully placed the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

    6. The acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if the payment has been processed immediately unless the buyer has been notified that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

    7. Acceptance of delivery of goods by the buyer will be deemed to amount to acceptance of these conditions, and as such will prevail in any conflict between the two parties.

    8. It is the responsibility of the buyer to order the correct spare part/s. Euroboilerparts.co.uk shall deliver the spare part/s ordered by the buyer and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the buyer in the identification of the part/s required, whether through commercial recommendation or technical diagnostics/brochures.

  5. Refusal of an order

SECTION 2

Delivery of goods

  1. Euroboilerparts.co.uk offers the following delivery methods:

    1. STANDARD DELIVERY: orders placed with the Standard Delivery option will be delivered in 3-5 working days after processing and dispatch.

    2. NEXT-DAY DELIVERY: orders placed before 2 PM with the Next-Day Delivery option will be delivered on the next working day. This is not a guaranteed delivery date and T&Cs from the courier company apply.

    3. NEXT-DAY AM DELIVERY: orders placed before 2 PM with the Next-Day AM Delivery option will be delivered on the next working day BEFORE 2 PM. This is not a guaranteed delivery date or time and T&Cs from the courier company apply.

    4. SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY: the order must be placed before Friday 2 PM.

    5. Please note, orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday.

  2. Euroboilerparts.co.uk do not advise anyone to pre-book a tradesman until the order of the spare parts has been received and checked.

  3. Our company does everything in our power to meet the delivery times specified, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors that are beyond our control. We aim to keep buyers informed on lead times as we receive them from our suppliers/couriers.

  4. All orders accepted by Friday 2 PM are processed on Friday and delivered by the following Monday unless Saturday AM service is requested, in which case the delivery should be received on Saturday. All orders received after Friday 2 PM until Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (EXCEPT BANK HOLIDAYS).

  5. Deliveries to Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can also take an extra day depending on the location.

  6. The Company will dispatch the goods via courier or post, whichever is most efficient and adequate according to its own discretion.

  7. All deliveries are subject to stock availability which the buyer will be informed of via E-mail should the spare part/s be currently out of stock.

  8. The Company employ the services of external courier companies. T&Cs from these companies apply to delivery times as well.

  9. When signing for a delivery, we ask the buyer to please inspect the parcel/s before signing for it. If the package is empty or badly damaged, we urge the buyer NOT TO SIGN FOR IT, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. We will process a claim to the courier and send the buyer a replacement or refund.

  10. After receiving the order, the buyer has to report within 7 days, if there is any discrepancy or missing items. If the buyer doesn’t report or is unable to report within 7 days any claim made will not be valid.

  11. If the delivery was attempted and missed by the buyer, the parcel will be dispatched to the buyer’s local collection point. The courier company will inform the buyer. There’s a limited time the buyer will have to collect the delivery until the parcel is returned to us.

  12. If the delivery has been returned to the Company and the buyer request a re-delivery, extra charges apply.

  13. If the buyer requests the delivery to be placed in a secure or safe location of its own choice the Company will not be liable for any missing or damaged goods.

  2. HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE WITH A DELIVERY:

  1. For items that failed to be delivered, were delivered late, damaged or with missing items, please follow this link to place your report: DELIVERY ISSUES REPORT FORM and a member of our Support Team will process the report and contact you within the next available working day.

  2. If you are unable to fill in the form or need special assistance you can contact us via email at info@euroboilerparts.co.uk or by phone at 01628 636099 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 4:30 PM, except on bank holidays). A member of our Support team will make note of the issue and will send you a link to fill in the Report form.

  3. We request this DELIVERY ISSUES REPORT FORM to be filled in in order to present proof of your claim to the courier company.

 

SECTION 3

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  1. Goods claimed by the buyer to be defective shall be returned by the buyer to the seller at the buyer’s expense within 14 days, where a replacement, a refund or a credit will be offered at a full invoice value less any delivery charges.

  2. After receiving the order, the buyer has to report within 7 days, if there is any discrepancy or missing items. If the buyer doesn’t report or is unable to report within 7 days any claim made will not be valid.

  3. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase for refunds. The buyer will have to arrange the return delivery and cover any return postage costs. Returns must be made by a Trackable delivery service. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

  4. All returned goods are subject to inspection. A 20% restocking charge applies for verified unused items and a 40% testing charge applies if the returned item is deemed to have been used.

  5. Any alleged faulty part returned will be tested and if found not faulty, a charge of £20 to return the item back will be applied. The item/s will remain in our warehouse until this payment has been made.

  6. Gas Valves & Printed Circuit Boards bought Brand New are non-returnable if they have been used.

  7. If the part returned is deemed to be faulty the Company will replace the part or refund the price, as preferred by the buyer.

  8. Any items returned by the buyer that are received damaged are non-refundable or replaceable.

  9. A refund will be made to the same payment method used by the buyer.


SECTION 4

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. WARRANTIES: The Company provides 12 month warranty from the date of purchase on items purchased from our website.

  2. The Company’s liability with respect to any defects in goods supplied under a contract shall be limited to its obligations under this contract.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for any claim for work done by a buyer in respect of defective goods whatsoever arising directly or indirectly howsoever arising and whether consequential or otherwise.

  4. The Company owns the copyright to all the photographs and material on the website and in the catalogue unless otherwise stated.

  5. The Company accepts no liability for any data loss as a result of computer viruses.
