An authorised installation engineer will visit your home to perform a detailed visual assessment of your current setup, ensuring a tailored solution that fits your needs perfectly. A detailed survey report will be provided to the customer with options and quotation.

Duration: Expect a thorough evaluation in around 30-45 minutes.
Easy Scheduling: you will be asked for 3 dates (morning or afternoon) when you would be available at the property. Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm which of the dates can be booked for you.
This is a paid, non-refundable service. However, if you choose to proceed with the installation, the Home Survey cost will be deducted from your total installation price. Once booked, youll receive a confirmation email with all appointment details.
