The validity of the boiler service subscription is subject to company discretion regarding the location of the boiler's installation. If the company deems the location to be out of the covered area, the subscription will be cancelled and the money paid for it refunded. Minimun subscription length to apply the discount: 2 YEARS.

- For boilers located 101 to 200 MILES from our HQ in Windsor (SL4 4QF): £200+VAT
- For boilers located +200 MILES from our HQ in Windsor (SL4 4QF): £300+VAT [Subject to Company's approval]
- For boilers in the Isle of Wight:£250+VAT [Subject to Company's approval]
Boiler Service: A boiler service is a scheduled maintenance procedure designed to inspect, clean, and ensure the boiler operates safely and efficiently. It involves checks for wear and tear, potential faults, and proper functioning of components. Similar to a health check, it certifies the condition of the boiler at that specific moment in time, identifying any wear, tear, or potential issues. However, it does not guarantee the prevention of future malfunctions or issues. A Boiler service is different from a Repair Callout. If You booked a Boiler Service from our Company and the boiler needs a repair, an extra fee of £50 will be added to the boiler service fee.
