This is an online FORM to book an ECBC Engineer Callout UNDER WARRANTY. Make sure to read the description below and choose the right distance before booking. 

Under Warranty Call-Out: Available for boilers that are in warranty, registered, serviced, and meet all T&Cs. If the fault isn’t covered or the boiler doesn’t comply, a call-out fee and parts (if needed) will be charged.

• Connect pipes to the boiler (up to 6 meter copper pipe included)
• Install boiler filter
• Install Zero-Cal
• Commission & test the boiler and system
• Connect wire to the boiler
• Install recommended MCB/RCD or RCBO
• Install recommended rotary isolator switch
• Install wire from consumer box to the boiler (up to 6 meter wire included)
• Install or re-wire thermostat/programmer
