Product Description

The electronically controlled smart booster pump is a demand responsive
pumping unit designed for domestic and light commercial pumping applications.
The booster pump is a powerful but efficient, low noise pump, manufactured as
a sleek, compact and space saving design, which is easy to install.
The ergonomic design allows complete functionality for both the installer and
the product user. Features include an automatic pressure controlling interface
setting plus a temperature controlling setting with memory function.

Failsafe features include

•  - Locked-rotor protection function
•  - Over-voltage protection function
•  - High temperature warning
•  - Dry run protection
•  - Water leakage protection

The booster is designed as a high-efficiency,energy-saving,household
and light commercial modulating water boosting/pressurization pump.

The booster pump operational conditions:

•  - The temperature of the liquid does not exceed 95°C
•  - The pH of the liquid is between 6.5 and 8.
•  - The pumped liquid should not contain chemical deposits, dirt, harmful or corrosive material,             flammable or explosive gases.
•  - The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220V. and the maximum voltage fluctuation should      not exceed 10% of the rated value.

The Installation:

•  - Before installation always ensure the pump has not been mishandled or damaged during storage and transportation.
•  - The pump should be securely positioned during installation and the water inlet and outlet pipework should be plumbed in accordance with good plumbing practice by a suitably qualified installer.
•  - The water inlet and outlet pipework should be installed utilizing suitable pipe support brackets, thus ensuring none of the pipework weight is carried by the pump inlet or outlet connections.
•  - The Pump should be installed in a suitable space to ensure the pump will not be exposed to conditions which exceed that of an IP 44 rated devise.
