Boiler Care PRO Plan
Boiler Care PRO Plan: £40/month (+VAT)
Coverage Details:
- Up to 5 ECBC engineer visits per year.
- Repairs and parts replacement for ELEKTRA and GUIVAL boilers, up to £150 per year.
- £100 excess fee per claim for boilers located 100-200 miles from Windsor.
- One boiler service per year is included after the first year.
What is Not Covered:
- The first boiler service required to activate the plan.
- Claims within the first 3 months.
- Pre-existing faults, installation errors, or third-party damage (such as lack of central heating filter, water dosing system, piping, installation of the wrong type of room thermostat, etc).
- Damage from third-party repairs, lack of maintenance, or system upgrades.
- Main tank replacements and specialist cylinders.
- Accidental, Incidental or cosmetic damages.
- Non-boiler-related plumbing, showers, taps, or sanitary fixtures.
- System improvements or upgrades.
First Service:
To qualify for the Boiler Care Plan, the boiler must have a boiler service performed by one of our engineers to verify the boiler is eligible for coverage and has no existing faults.
Claims and Service:
- A 3-month waiting period applies before claims can be made.
- Up to 5 service visits annually, with a £150 limit on parts replacement per claim.
- One boiler service per year after the first year on the plan.
- Excess of £100 applies to every claim/service for boilers 101 to 200 miles from Windsor.
- Boilers +200 miles from Windsor cannot be covered.
Customer Obligations:
- Customers must provide accurate information and update contact details or boiler status changes.
- Excess fees must be paid before each service.
- If the repair or replacement amounts to more than £150, the excess must be paid on the day of the repair.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to book their annual boiler service.
Payment and Cancellation:
Payment Options: Monthly or annual payments via debit or credit card through our Subscription Service.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund within the 14-day cooling-off period (minus costs of any services used and a £20 admin fee).
- Pro-rata refund after the cooling-off period, minus £20 admin fee and any costs for provided services.
